The company was established to provide specialized operations, transportation, safety, regulatory compliance, transit operations, policy development, and organizational leadership consulting services to public and private transportation agencies.
Our Story
The firm was created in response to the growing need for experienced operations transportation professionals who understand both the regulatory environment and the operational realities of public and private transit systems. With increasing federal safety mandates, infrastructure investments, and workforce challenges, transportation agencies require expert guidance to build safe, compliant, resilient, and high-performing organizations.

Founder, CEO
The company is led by Aisheea Isidor, a transportation executive, safety professional, and public-sector leader with over 20 years of experience in transportation operations, safety, management, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership.

Ms. Isidor has held senior leadership roles including Safety Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director, and Assistant Director at a state agency. She has led enterprise-wide safety programs, regulatory compliance initiatives, policy development efforts, and organizational transformation programs.
​
She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA), a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, and a certificate in Leadership and Public Policy. She is also certified by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) in Transportation Safety and Security.​ Her professional background provides the company with the technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and leadership experience required to successfully deliver transportation consulting services.
